Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur.
FREE US Shipping on orders over $100!
Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days and packages are not insured. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
Express Mail: You may upgrade to Express Mail. For ordered placed by Noon CST (M-F) will be shipped the same day and should arrive in 1-2 days.
Orders outside of the U.S. shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Please not that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
Processing time: Orders are quickly processed and will ship out within 1 business day.

We understand things happen and if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodrant or make-up), tears, snags, and mysterious smells items for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in "sellable condition." All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
We offer free return shipping on store credit. You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels for international customers.
We are unable to refund original shipping charges.
No returns on sale or final sale items!
Processing
Please allow 3-5 business days for packages to be processed once they arrive. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges on item(s) for a different size.
Damaged Returns
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.
Defective items
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Our items are packaged in their origianl packaging and have been photographed before sending to ensure a satisfying delievery.
Once the team approves the defective item, it must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving the shipping label.

Final sale items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please see the International Orders return policy here.
We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us. We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
On receiving your returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. The original delievery costs (where applicable) will not be refunded. Returns are credited to the original payment method.
