Refund policy

We understand things happen and are willing to work with you. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or make-up), tears, snags, and mysterious smells items for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in "sellable condition." All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.

We offer free return shipping on store credit. You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels for international customers.

We are unable to refund original shipping charges.

No returns on sale or final sale items!

 

Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days for packages to be processed once they arrive. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take you financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.

 

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges on item(s) for a different size.

 

Damaged Returns

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that have not been approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.

 

Defective items

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

Our items are packaged in their original packaging and has been photographed before sending to ensure a satisfying delivery.

Once the team approves the defective item, it must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving the shipping label.

Final sale items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please see the International Orders return policy here.

We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us. We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.

On receiving your returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. The original delivery costs (where applicable) will not be refunded. Returns are credited to the original payment method.
